I am not specifically positive how the Dutch system, but I assume that if they defend 1st and then counter assault, then they will win. Since, it appears that the only way you can beat Spain is on the counter attack (USA, Switzerland) considering that Spain is fairly significantly all attack, attack, assault, assault. But if the Dutch don't counter assault, then I feel Spain will win.
If the Dutch counter assault, I predict a 3-one win for the Netherlands.
If the Dutch never counter assault, I predict a two-1 win for Spain.
